General Purpose:

The main purpose of CSO is to interact with customers and provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Customer Services Officer has to develop long term relations with initial and prospective clients through daily follow ups and interactions.

Job Tasks:

Front Desk Operations management
Year round follow up of visiting and operated clients.
Arrange photo gallery of before and after results for operated clients in the system.
Call up operated clients for routine checkup.
Arrange files of operated clients in an organized manner.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products or services either by phone or electronically.
Communicate and coordinate with sales team.
Negotiate other related duties as delegated.
