· Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer

· Must have working experience with different WordPress Plugins

· Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

· Strong understanding of PHP back-end development

· Experience in designing and developing responsive design websites and user interfaces

· Experience in developing, deployments and maintaining site architecture and content using WordPress

· Experience in Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

· Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

· Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

· Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

· Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)

· Must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field

· Excellent communication in English is must

· Knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing will be a plus

· Knowledge of managing video content and podcasts on WordPress site will be a plus
