Responsibilities:
1. Social media account and community management:
2. Develop annual social media operation plan;
3. Manage all OPPO brand account include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok. Improve follower base and engagement through creative approaches;
4. Manage the online community and timely reply the comments, remain a response rate of +90%.
5. Website content oversee:
6. Oversee the content of OPPO official website and align with HQ for timely content adjustments.
7. Digital campaign planning
8. Based on regional brand and product objective, develop local digital campaigns to capture the local hot topics and trend;
9. Select the right KOL to build hype for social media campaigns;
10. Maintain good relationship with digital KOLs and produce quality content to reach campaign objective;
11. Ensure the brand SOV on all digital media; 12. Localize regional brand activities and implement locally.
13. Content Management
14. Manage the monthly content calendar;
15. Able to manage the designer for creative development;
16. Copy writing the social media posts
17. Manage the social media boosting according to regional guidance;
18. Manage the digital KOL content.
19. Data Analysis and reporting
20. Monitor the social media data insights and share with regional team weekly and monthly;
21. Come up with solutions and improvements.
