2-Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying prolblems and requirements.
3-Maintains function and reliability of facility systmes and associated equipment by inplementing a preventive maintenance program; operation and testing systems and equipment; resotring, repairing, rebuiliding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
4-Improves function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying perfromance results; identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions, and additions.
