Daily Status/operation Report will be maintained by every Engineer for all tasks assigned.
Escalate issue on time and inform supervisors with the detail of the issue, coordinate for the resolution according to the solution advised by the supervisors and principal
Ensure proper transfer of information with detail of unresolved issue to next shift RE and document status via email for the RE and supervisor reference.
Mileage Report data gathering and compilation as per customer requirement
In case of a Hardware replacement, maintain complete detail of work done and submit resolution activity with snapshot with the closure of ticket
Field Engineer must visit all assigned stations and prepare a checklist about the working of hardware. He must enter the complaints details in the check list if assigned.
