Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment start up and operation to achieve daily printing targets
Ensures that printing team can achieve required printing target, optimum utilization of resources, quality management and cost savings.
Ensures that printing quality is maintained by creating benchmarks for card quality and testing protocols.
Handling of ready cards to maintain the Quality standards.
Maintain a proper record of printed cards work order wise (total issued by Stores, good cards, faulty, rejected while printing) by using the standard rules and procedure.
Printing is done in shifts on need basis
Operate multiple printers during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
