Qualification: CA Finalist or qualified/ ACCA qualified / MBA / ICMA

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Other Skills: Good analytical skills. Sound grip on Taxation & Corporate laws

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Look after overall tax affairs with regards to compliance with Sales Tax Laws including review of monthly sales tax return and e-filing

• Ensuring compliance with Income Tax laws

• Advising other departments on tax related matters

• Preparing and filling of responses for notices and queries from tax authorities

• Assisting Company Secretary in Corporate & Secretarial affairs

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act and ensure processing of e-dividends
