- We are looking for an IT Support Executive who shall be responsible for the following:
- Installation and troubleshooting of Network related hardware/software.
- Firewall Installation/Configuration & Management. Deep understanding of infrastructure elements such as datacenters, DR, networks, security, servers, virtualization, storage etc. in order to diagnose problems and present solutions
- Perform functional tests for the newly proposed changed requests
Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
- Assist line manager to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
- Remote Network and system support
- Design skills needed to help develop corporate IT systems and networks, ensuring the most effective architecture and functionality
- Knowledge of Client/server database applications
- Technical Helpdesk Services
- Handling/Management of servers
- Disaster Recovery/Backup Management
- Virtualization management
