As part of our development team we, at Inertia Soft Private Limited are looking to bring in a Senior Full Stack Developer (Tech Lead) that will help shape and drive the technical output of our projects.
- The role involves design, build and deployment of new features to our web application along with customizing ready-made solutions as per needs of our customers.
- Our developers work together as a unit to understand and solve technical challenges.
- All of our engineers pride themselves on the attention to detail, the small details that accumulate into a great experience for our end users.
- We want someone to bring their expertise into our collaborative team & help us deliver on our next round of product growth.
Skills and Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in Node.js, React and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience in Node.js Rest APIs, Web development, NodeJS frameworks like Express / Koa.
- Have a strong background in front-end technologies, specifically HTML5, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and React.
- Hands-on experience in RDBMS or NoSQL Databases·
- Hands-on experience of API’s deployment on Linux machines.
- Understanding of code versioning tools (Git, Git Flow)·
- Can work in agile development methodologies and practices·
- Familiar with QA activities and is able to write Unit Tests.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience as a Team lead or similar leadership position·
- Familiar with Design Patterns·
- Hands on experience of cloud platform such as AWS, Heroku and Google Cloud etc·
- Capable of Code Reviews, Code standardization, and Code security compliance·
- Familiar with technical documentation and API documentation·
- apable of developing estimates and schedules against the project requirements.
- Hands-on experience of DevOps will be a bonus·
- Mentor junior developers.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
