Application Support Engineer will manage operations, maintenance, and enhancements of our core applications.

Job Responsibilities

Daily and Weekly health checks for OS, DBs, and Infrastructure components (mainly AWS).
Monitoring System Performance and Logs.
Ensuring all application dependencies are up to date.
Analyzing and fixing bugs as reported by end-users or customers.
Developing and deploying hotfixes and other upgrades.
Taking online and offline backups for data, applications.
Auditing User Roles and any other irregular activity in the system.
Providing support to users in their day-to-day operations and any queries.
Following Change Management, Release Management, and Source Code Management process leveraging different tools including JIRA, GitHub, etc.

Required Skills:

Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with any of these PHP(CakePHP), MERN, and MEAN Stacks
Hands-on experience in managing different Operating Systems mainly CentOS, Red Hat, and Ubuntu.
Hands-on experience with AWS Components, GitHub, Jira, and ClickUp
Hands-on experience with different SQL and NoSQL DBs.
Sound understanding and working knowledge of different API tools, Mobile Applications (iOS, Android)
Excellent attention to detail and great analytical skills.
