Assistant Production Manager

Infinite Pvt. Ltd. is a Pakistan subsidiary of a large international bakery and snacks company. We required an Assistant Production Manager to work in our production facility in Korangi Industrial Area in Karachi. The candidates should have a degree or diploma in Electro-mechanical engineering. Minimum experience of 2-7 years in manufacturing of food products in a supervisory position. Candidates should be able to manage workforce independently.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible in planning, coordinating and controlling of manufactured processes

· - Monitoring production of goods or the effectiveness of services, ensuring accurate amount is produced at the right quality and cost

· - Supervising and motivating a team of workers

· - Identifying training needs, and ensuring proper training is provided

· - Overseeing preventative maintenance program to meet quality, efficiency and cost objectives

· - Ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed

· - Other duties as assigned
