• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Answers phone calls, schedules, meetings and supports visitors
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying etc.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
  •  Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
  • Managing key data of financial transactions in database
  • Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
