• Build relationships with clients/contractors as part of the team
  • Liaise with client, client representatives and other third parties on project issues
  • Contribute effectively with other functions within the business and operational site
  • Delivery of projects from tender stage through to project completion
  • Planning of project labour and resources
  • Preparing progress reports 
  • Management of drawings
  • Management of commissioning
  • Ensuring Completion Certificates and Final Account Statements are issued
  • Running projects from start to finish
  • Ensure that all work methods are sufficient to meet the project’s needs
  • Ensure that the master programme and schedule of deliverables for the project is developed, meeting the requirements of the brief and the client’s expectations
  • Quality checking and setting up ready for commissioning
  • Managing day to day running of projects
  • Managing H&S on projects
  • To prepare detailed forward plans of work commitments and appropriate labor requirements
  • To monitor and control the day-to-day finance of all estimated contracts, up to and including production of final accounts
  • To order and ensure that materials, equipment and plant detailed in specifications and drawings for construction or improvement work are ordered
  • To check and authorise orders and invoices ensuring that agreed financial regulations and procedures are followed
