1. Monitor the operation of all systems and hardware.

2. Maintain processing logs and documents and maintain all run and procedure manual by using (excel, word, PowerPoint).

3. Monitor the computer room and work station environment and maintain knowledge of requirements of all power backup, equipment and work place.

4. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

5. Installed and updated software as per directions.

6. Performed basic office related tasks including correspondence, photocopying and recordkeeping.

7. Design graphics that identify a product or communicate an idea.

8. Create electronic version of designs using computer software.

9. Print, scan and copy documents.

10. Working with end-users remotely.

11. Effective skills in supporting server-side team.

12. Communicate to relate with team members and support workers or client.

13. Working with the latest video editing systems. Well versed with the latest video editing software available in the market.

14. Capture images and shoot videos as the assignment dictates.

15. Pre-edit and edit images as needed.

16. Testing different applications on different mobile operating systems.

17. Search and update our department members and company with latest technology and equipments.

18. Upload and download data from internet or with storage servers, Rip and write DVD, CD.
