We are looking for an HR Officer. The candidate MUST have basic knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

Check Emails / cvs of new candidates for recruitment.
Good knowledge of different job postings portals
Set up shortlisting and interview panel, to be approved by Coordination.
Check references of candidates upon request of Coordination
Prepare employment contracts for new staff
Ensure that all staff, including those newly recruited, is in possession of and aware of ACTED guidelines and procedures as described in the HR Manual.
