Role and Responsibilities
Primary Roles
· Lead Follow-up and Churning:
· Coordinating with Clients
· Coordinating with Carriers
· Preparing the Enrollment Presentation
· Manage MIS and final data with each carrier to prospective client’s needs
Secondary Roles
· Design and adjust plans to the client’s needs based on discovery calls
· Setup meetings and coordinate said needs to carriers and adjust them accordingly
· Report to the management on progress with clients
· Be a bridge between the management, client and carriers to ensure good relations

- Infinity ( Data records/management)
- HR Connect (Quoting Engines)
- Zoom (scheduling and presentations)
- Office 365/Teams/Outlook (Excel, Powerpoint,Word and Email proficiency with Witty Parrot)
