- Daily Routine HR operations (e.g) New joiners orientation, Attendance/Leaves Management, Scheduling training sessions for employees development, Employees records keeping, Employees status updation, Management Reporting on Staff related issues, Employees Engagement activities, Exit Interviews, Listening to employees’ concerns and resolving them amicably.
- One should have experience recruiting software developers (Junior, Senior, Mid-Level) for various technologies. Especially Dot Net, MEAN Stack, Full Stack, JavaScript, Php, AI Engineers, DevOps (AWS, Azure cloud Engineers) etc.
- Should have many connections OR candidate pool from the Local market / Linked INN
