What we are looking for:

As the Manager of Software Sales, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals selling software services into the SMB Global market. Your Areas of operations with be almost all of USA, Europe and United Kingdom.

You will be heading a team of highly motivated and talented sales professionals in our Lahore office and will be directly working with your counterparts in our US and UK offices.

You will be responsible for:

·         You will lead the full sales cycle and manage the process from the first call to closing

·         Defining and improving current Sales Strategies

·         Build strategic pipeline of prospects

·         Hiring and Mentoring Sales professionals

·         Working closely with Recruitment and Marketing departments

·         Making sure that company’s sales targets are met every time

·         Maintain accurate records of all activities related to sales in a CRM

·         Monitors, evaluates, and communicates progress and provides status reports to CEO

·         You will be responsible for making sure that Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, weekly and daily targets are well defined and met by all team members across the globe.

·         You will be responsible for keeping a close eye on KPIs and reporting them on a regular basis to the management

What you should have:

The Candidate must have prior experience of :

·         Hiring and Mentoring Sales teams

·         Experience of selling software services to international clients ( US or UK preferred )

·         Must have at least 5 years’ experience of pure sales or business development experience - preferably international sales

·         Must be able to travel internationally - previous trips to US or Europe/UK will be serve as a plus point in your selection

·         Must have excellent verbal communication skills in English - previous CSR background will be a plus

·         Must be very presentable as this will be a partially customer facing role

·         Must be extremely good in presenting ideas and information through various digital media

·         Must be able to think out of the box and have a go getter attitude

·         Be very confident and vibrant as an individual who can make an impression

   Qualifications:

·         At least 5 years of Software Sales experience (International preferred)

·         At least a Marketing or a Business degree from a reputed and well known University

·         Proficient in English both verbal and written

Location:

Position is for Lahore office but expected travel to UK and US
