Job Description
We are looking “Senior Technical Lead /senior developers/senior team leads” who are ready to take the next step in their carrier.
Skills required
· 5 to 7 years of experience of web development.
· Hands on experience in .NET or PHP; experience with Angular, ReactJS, Android, or iOS development will be a plus.
· Experience with design patterns, performance/memory analysis, multi-threading.
· Agile/Scrum experience including TDD, unit testing and continuous integration.
· Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skill.
· Good client and team management skills are required.
· Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.
· Write, analyze, optimize and debug application code to maximize performance and quality.
· Participate in agile planning and scope estimation for team projects.
· Create automated unit and integration tests.
· Proficient in understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
· Familiarity with continuous integration.
Responsibilities
· Working closely with Development Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis to design and delivery.
· Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting.
· Lead a team of software Engineers in the creation of high quality software within agreed project deadlines.
· Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
· Line management and personal development of a team of highly skilled developers.
· Work closely with relevant teams internally to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as a part of the seamless implementation of existing and new systems.
· Proficient client management.
· Daily/weekly communication with customer to provide real picture of the project and highlight the concerning areas to make improvements.
· Sprint planning, task allocation and backlog management.
· Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable code.
· Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the application.
· Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
· Help maintain code quality and organization.
