About the Role:

  • Service Executive is a client-centered role which primarily centers on providing excellence in service delivery and making sure the needs of our overseas clientele are met after the sales transaction has been concluded.
  • Employees will be assigned a host of personal clients that they shall be fully responsible for.
  • It is the Service Executive’s mandate to be a consultant, a trusted guide that not only understands each client’s unique perspective and expectations but also executes upon the client’s
  • vision for the growth of their business as it pertains to Alibaba.
  • will be working within the framework of multi-functional teams that help supplement their core objectives of client satisfaction, retention, and meeting specific KPIs.

The main responsibilities of a Service Executive are:

Customer Satisfaction And Growth

  • Help onboard clients onto Alibaba as sellers and provide a - z consulting services
  • Meet specific KPIs relating to client performance
  • Actively work to satisfy client requirements, manage expectations, and engage in constructive goal-setting with the client
  • Ensure client needs are wholly met to the point where the clients become advocates for Trademor’s reputation as an excellent service partner
  • Meet client retention goals at the end of service and achieve targeted renewal numbers  
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities provided by each individual client
  • Manage escalations as they arise and promptly resolve any account health risks
  • Provide necessary feedback on points of improvement within the internal organizational structure and processes
