Successfully do recruitment, talent management, administer benefits, maintain and updated an active roster,  train develop and retain staff; build strong relations with internal clients; assess and fulfill staffing needs, and evaluate / revise policies and procedures, Business Partnering and integration of HR Strategy with other Units and with the organizational overall strategy.

2 - 3 years of total HR experience preferably in Information Technology sector

Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration or related field.

3.      Functions & Responsibilities (duties to be performed by this position)

Compensation & Benefits

1.    Prepare internal benchmarking system, analyze and suggest changes at the time of annual/probation appraisal.

2.    Analyze existing payroll, level and designations; develop grading structure.

3.    Discuss Salary & benefits with shortlisted applicant and negotiate salary and benefits.

4.    Verify HR Headcount Report and share with the finance department.

5.    Ensure accurate employee’s information and other required details with in ERP.

Employee Relation:

1.    Ensure the fair treatment of employees and effective communication between employees and managers.

2.    Listen to and address employee concerns to encourage a supportive atmosphere in the workplace

3.    Address conflicts and strive to resolve them in a positive manner that benefits all parties and facilitates healthy work relationships.

 Recruitment & Selection:

1.    To attract, screen and select potential & qualified candidates based on the required skill set defined.

2.    Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in coordination with relevant line managers.

3.    Prepare analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.

Performance Management:

1.    Prepare Performance evaluation mechanism as per annual departmental Goals & Objectives.

2.    Discuss Goals & Objective performance with Departmental Heads on a quarterly basis.

3.    Manage annual performance appraisal activity, monitor the data compilation; finalize appraisals in accordance with Annual Rating, Internal Benchmarking and grading structure.

Compliance:

1.    Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.

2.    Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them

3.    Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation

HR Internal Reports:

1.    Develop different Workforce Analysis Reports such as turnover analysis, hiring analysis, attendance and leaves.

2.    Prepare HR Productivity reports and identify areas of improvement.
