About the Role:
Service Executive is a client-centered role which primarily centers on providing excellence in service delivery and making sure the needs of our overseas clientele are met after the sales transaction has been concluded. Employees will be assigned a host of personal clients that they shall be fully responsible for. It is the Service Executive’s mandate to be a consultant, a trusted guide that not only understands each client’s unique perspective and expectations but also executes upon the client’s vision for the growth of their business as it pertains to Alibaba. will be working within the framework of multi-functional teams that help supplement their core objectives of client satisfaction, retention, and meeting specific KPIs.
