Main Accountabilities (JD):

  • Responsible for local recruitment (Technical mostly) activities in Azimut, this also includes all graduate and internship programs; set up interviews, follow up and conduct tests and initial HR interviews.
  • Should have some experience in technical recruitment
  • Communicate with recruitment agencies and recruitment portals for hiring purposes.
  • Ensure to receive Recruitment Requisitions for all positions
  • Develop job postings, including conducting background research for internal postings and creating concise job summaries of all advertised positions, keeping in mind budget guidelines and limitations
  • Represent at job fairs, recruiting events and open houses
  • Maintain and evaluate Key Performance Indicators for all departments monthly
  • Provide recruitment updates weekly regarding closing the position within the targeted time.
  • Prepare monthly salary reports for designated regions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned, including performing special projects as assigned by the CEO and line manager.
  • Responsible for overall database management of all employees.
  • Responsible for any other task assigned by the line manager and CEO.
  • Assist in reviewing resumes and applications. Conducted Recruitment Interviews and provided the necessary inputs during the hiring process
  • Maintained HR records, such as those related to Compensation, Health and Medical Insurance, Handled Insurance-related issues
  • Assigned Training plans to new or existing employees as per requirement of the job.
  • Orientation of HR policies to the employees
  • Prepared and processed timely distribution of salary
  • Recorded, maintained and monitored attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Conducted employee orientation and facilitated newcomers joining formalities
  • Maintained and regularly updated master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • Resolved grievances or queries of all employees
  • Prepared letters such as offer, appointment and confirmation
  • Conducted Engagement Activities 
  • Drafted and updated of documents such as job descriptions, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Business related field from a  known/reputable university
  • 1-2 years working experience in Recruitment & Operations
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Female preferably
