The Truck Dispatcher is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of freight by coordinating the activities of drivers, shippers, and receivers. The Truck Dispatcher will use a variety of software and communication tools to track shipments, communicate with drivers, and ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the movement of freight by communicating with drivers, shippers, and receivers
Track shipments and ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition
Resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process
Maintain accurate records of all shipments
Use a variety of software and communication tools to track shipments and communicate with drivers
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business, engineering or related fields
1-2 years of experience in truck dispatching or a related field
Strong understanding of the transportation industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Strong English communication and writing skills
