Prepare, Verify, and process invoices for sales.
Enter data of invoices in ERP and ensure proper coding on documents.
Maintain account receivable files and record.
Post customer payments by recording cash & cheques.
Monitor customer account details for non- payment, delayed payment and other irregularities.
Update receivables on weekly and monthly basis.
Reconcile the account receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments are accurate and properly posted.
