Proficient in developing proposals by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverables and implementation methods within stipulated timelines.
Accountable for creating and delivering a winning proposal for each assigned opportunity and ensuring full compliance to RFP requirements.
Develop technically relevant and accurate written content.
Be quick and thorough in developing response to RFP.
Identification of potential partners/donors for future funding opportunities and to explore new opportunities in development sector.
Liaise with and ensure the program strategy, objectives and activities are understood and agreed and appropriate communication channel is in place.
Participate in regular communications mechanisms, as appropriate.
Assist Program team in planning and developing promotional and visibility material.
Ensure that assessment/research conducted within a set time frame to meet Program requirements and deadlines.
Oversee and collect qualitative (FGDs in-depth interview) and quantitative data collection at the field level when needed.
Analyze and develop assessment reports on qualitative and quantitative findings.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and establish excellent relationships with team members.

Any other task assigned by Management
