Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay by implementing industrial engineering techniques/standards.
Determining manpower and equipment needed to cover production demand.
Assign workers /staff to particular production operations and shift planning according to production needs.
Maintain a valid capacity requirement plan that supports the master production schedule.
Identify and manage bottlenecks and capacity issues with the Production
Lead the development of SAP to increase the level of automation and reduce the manual nature of the scheduling function
