System Engineer / Network Administrator

We are looking for a candidate with fluent English language skills and able to work in the third shift (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

Data backup and recovery using Veeam and Acronis Backup
Preferred if have worked in Remote IT support environment preferably for US market
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Server roles and features
Hands-on experience of Microsoft Exchange Server, Office365, and Google Workspace Business Services
Must have worked on different Firewall vendors, Routing and Switching technologies
Hands-on experience in multi-vendor virtualization and private cloud technologies.
Knowledge of public cloud vendors like AWS and Azure will be a plus. Knowledge of SIP and VoIP technologies will be a plus
Comfortable to work at night shift
Should be fluent in English
Good understanding of troubleshooting network related issues
Strong understanding of security and firewalls
Good troubleshooting skills, specifically in the Microsoft Windows environment
Should be able to write step-by-step guides on documentation and troubleshooting.
