A Canadian based web development agency is looking to recruit Communications specialists (Multiples openings) preferably with experience in the Web sector.

The Ideal Candidate MUST Have:

Exceptional Communication & interpersonal skills (English ONLY).
Excellent email writing skills, preferably business correspondence with international Web. Development / IT companies or clients is a plus.
Strong client servicing skills with competency to build and maintain long term relationships with international clients
Excellent Customer support skills and follow-ups along with familiarity with call handling flow is a plus.

Energetic & motivated individuals looking to take on progressive challenges
Candidate must be organized and process oriented with ample knowledge about the web development industry.
Background in a US /UK Call centre or customer care or management is a plus.
