Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, researching and recommending service improvements.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information includes quotations, installation and feedback forms.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks and attend meetings with doctors for clinical discussion and meeting with the technical staff at hospitals.
Finalizing the deals and closing of sales.
Preparation of tender documents and following up with the private and government sectors.
Installation and calibration of new equipment.
Serves as technical resource and works in collaboration with engineers and clients as needed to provide effective end user support and issue resolution.
Identifies problems in equipment and coordinates appropriate corrective action.
Ideal Candidate must have 3-4 years experience of working in Healthcare industry in similar role.
