iSEO Ranker, provides software development and solutions design services to FinTech and Financial Services industry in the USA. We are currently hiring a team in Karachi to design and develop a Wealth Management platform. The company provides excellent compensation, mentoring, skills development, and opportunities to work on emerging cloud technologies.Senior Software Engineer The senior software engineer will be a key member of the development team responsible for the design and development of a new Wealth Management platform. This role provides extensive opportunities to apply your experience, and grow skills while developing a highly scalable and robust SaaS platform on the cloud.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, code, and test various components of the platform in consultation with CTO and Tech Lead
- Develop unit tests, perform code reviews, and ensure high-quality and well-documented code
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint reviews, and retrospective
- Work with other development and QA resources to perform testing, develop automation and performance test suites, code build scripts, and CI/CD pipeline
- Build strong and positive work relationships with the client and their other vendor teams
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Java, SQL databases, and related technologies
- 2+ years’ experience in Angular, REACT, or other similar web frameworks
- Experience developing REST and/or gRPC APIs
- Experience developing highly scalable backend systems using Java concurrency, Kubernetes, Apache Ignite, or other distributed and application clustering technologies
- Experience in writing efficient SQL queries on MS SQL-Server, Oracle, or other similar DBMS
- DevOps experience on Azure or other major public cloud providers
- Experience with code collaboration, build, and CI/CD tools e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub, BitBucket, Gradle, etc
