- Posting of invoices in ERP system through reconciliations with GRN’s.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Process payments after prioritizing invoices according to payment terms
- Withholding of applicable Income tax and sales tax from payments
- Prepare weekly excel sheet of withholding income tax to generate PSID
- Prepare Monthly excel sheet for submission of sales tax returns
- Arranging reports for complete tax filings
- Reconciliation of vendor ledgers
- Prepare Payable Aging
- Respond to all vendor inquiries
- Handling accruals and prepayments
- Month end Closing
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Should have strong verbal and written communications skills
- Should have strong interpersonal skills
- Any Task assigned by Senior Management.
