1- Carry out preventive & corrective maintenance works of medium capacity central HVAC Systems and associated controls including all types of Chillers (Centrifugal, Screw, Reciprocating) & Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, CHW pumps, stair pressurisation units, smoke extract systems.
2- Troubleshoot system failures on all of the above equipment / systems with minimum downtime
3- Carry out brazing & welding works as required by the refrigeration industry
4- Carry out compressor overhauling works of Screw & Reciprocating types & assist in overhauling Centrifugal Compressors as required.
