A chief technology officer (CTO) is an executive who is responsible for the management of an organization's research and development (R&D) as well as its technological needs. Depending on the company, a CTO may play one of several roles, including strategic planner, customer relations liaison, and overseer of infrastructure.

Job Description:

Experience Level- 3-7years.
Full-Time
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
Understanding of budgets and business-planning
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Excellent communication skills
Leadership and organizational abilities
Strategic thinking
Problem-solving aptitude

Job Requirements:

Proven ability to bridge technology and business goals to provide productive solutions.
Should act as an aid in terms of upgrading the technology required and should foresee any changes required to the organization that might be happening in the industry overall.
Ensure that the most effective tools, resources and structures are put in place and that the transition process is a smooth one.
Ability to understand the changing patterns of tech stacks including mondoDb, expressJs, react, node, angularJs, python, magento, laravel, php, vue, elixir, blockchain, shopify, django, lamp, javascript, apache etc.
Goal- oriented approach and clear cut vision.
He must be able to understand the requirements as directed by the client and interpret to the team.
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Help departments use technology profitably
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Build quality assurance and data protection processes
Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
