• Maintain all HR files and folders.
  • Prepare files of newly appointed employees
  • Support and coordinate new hire orientations
  • Prepare Employee Contracts.
  • Prepare Experience Letters, Bank Account Letters and other Letters as requested.
  • Handle queries of employees.
  • Develop and maintain Resignation/Termination database.
  • Maintain good employee relations and update the management on employee grievances.
  • Responsible for the follow up of employee confirmations with department heads.
  • Maintain CV Data Bank
  • Maintain Employee Database
  • Monitor attendance of the employees.
  • Assist in Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Arrange interviews & coordinate for employee hiring & joining.
  • Extend Offers to the candidates and make sure they provide all the required information in due time.
  • Complete new hire documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of pre-employment medical examination of new joiners.
  • Prepare overtime & Locum of employees.
  • Final Settlement preparation of leavers.
  • Process all leave applications.
  • Assist in preparation of various HR Reports.
  • Deal with walk-in candidates.
