Leading the Internal Audit department
Designing and evaluating the soundness, adequacy, application of procedures and internal controls of the organization
Preparing the annual audit plan in accordance with accepted industry standards
Conducting operational and financial audits and share findings in well-drafted reports with top management

Requirements:

Minimum 18 Years of Education in Relevent Field.
Preference will be given to the candidates having experiance in any reputed Audit Firm.
Should have a background of internal controls with relevant work experience of a similar position
Must have good familiarity with AML/KYC/Compliance policies etc.
Must be familiar with the Financial Institution Audit standards and have the ability to document controls and present to the management, external auditors and Board of Directors
Must have strong leadership skills with excellent communication and report writing skills in English.
