We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team at ISMMART Group of Industries as Business Development & Customer Relation Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing administrative support to the management team and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Provide administrative support to the management team and staff.
- Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Process expense reports and invoices.
- Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations for meetings and conferences.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Able to liaise with different departments and take the lead to initiate new projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to entertain clients in the absence of the sales team. • Organize company events and team-building activities.
- Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, customer relations, and/or administrative support.
- Proven track record of building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
