Ensure excellent service delivery by maintaining constant communication with customers.

Coordination with Operations and Marketing teams for customer feedback and timely rectification of issues.

Work closely with the customer service representatives and prepare customer feedback reports on daily basis.

Monitor execution of service improvement strategies.

Requirements

Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excellent interpersonal and people skills.

Experience of service industry preferred.
