- Monitoring the smooth running of computer systems and network and ensuring that users get maximum benefits from them
- Individual tasks vary depending on the requirement of time but one will need
- Good understanding of SQL server installation
- Install and configure computer hardware, operation systems (windows 8, 10) and applications
- Install and configure Microsoft office, outlook 365 and antivirus
- Support all new applications
- Thorough understanding of network, routing protocols VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Troubleshoot systems printer, network problems diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, replace parts as required
- Set up new users accounts in systems, profiles and deal with password issues
- CCTV support installation, configurations and maintenance
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
