A leading Software company is looking for SQA and Support Engineer who has a minimum 1-year of experience in Software Testing having strong understanding of SDLC and QA life cycle using different tools and processes. Familiar with Microsoft Platform and working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. A certain degree of creativity, multitasking and attention to details is required.
The candidate must have the following skills:
1. Thorough understanding of Software Testing Process
2. Develop test plan, test cases, use case and other QA/Technical documents
3. Existing experience of Testing ERP including Accounting, Inventory or Payroll Software would be a plus
4. Sound knowledge of API Testing
5. Proven experience of Web & Mobile App testing (iOS and Android)
6. Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts
7. Perform Smoke, Regression, Black Box, Stress and Performance Testing
8. Knowledge of Web Application development, HTML, Form validations, etc.
9. Knowledge of Functional Requirements & Change Management Process
10. Document, Test, Analyze and improve product performance during software development
11. Execute test cases to examine product functionality, content and user friendliness
12. Identify product issues and write detailed bug reports during the product development cycle
13. Ensure the resolution of Reported bugs
14. Work closely with development team
15. Must be able to talk to customers on support, training and other issues
16. Liaising with customer & team to check the progress of projects
17. Having good analytical, problem solving and communication skills
