  • Managing & Monitoring of Online Attendance Management System of Employees.  
  • Managing & Monitoring of Online Leave Management System. 
  • Managing & Monitoring of Attendance Management System of Labour. 
  • Managing, Preparing & Monitoring of Labour Payroll.                                                              
  • Coordination with H.O regarding Medical Facility of employee (Pak Qatar Family Takaful).
  • Supervision of HR Team at site.
  • Liaison with H.O HR & Client regarding HR activities.
  • Managing and Monitoring Training & Development of Employees.
  • Orientation & Socializations to new employees.
  • Coordination with H.O regarding HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Managing & Coordination with H.O regarding Transfers, EOBI, SESSI etc.                                               
  • Any other task given by HOD/Seniors/Project Director.
