We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Supervisor/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality support to all departments. They will be responsible for supervising a team of administrative staff, coordinating projects, and implementing best practices to streamline processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with a proven track record in administrative management.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee and optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and prioritize administrative tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
  • Manage and maintain budgets, financial records, and expense reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Resolve escalated administrative issues and provide guidance to staff as needed.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in administrative management, with at least X years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance.
