J-Telemarketing is looking to recruit Human Resources Executive for its Rawalpindi office located in 6th Road as it expands its BPO outsourcing business. This role is highly critical for the next leg of growth for the company and as such requires someone highly motivated and driven to make a positive impact

Job Responsibilities:

  • Must have experience in hiring in BPO and IT industry
  • Designing and delivering tools, processes, and systems to attract, inspire, and develop talent at our company
  • To be updated of all the modern market trends and tools and be updated with the salaries and the demands of the top talent in the market.
  • Developing HR and people systems (benefits, bonuses, etc.) that are holistic
  • Responsible for Recruitment, headhunting, online sourcing, initial screening and shortlisting.
  • Must have thorough hands-on experience in using job portals: Rozee.pk, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Responsible for collaboration with the placement offices of different universities in terms of sourcing profiles for particular positions especially in RWP/ISB.
  • Responsible for interview scheduling, issuing offer letters and employment contracts
  • Responsible for issuing experience letters to ex-employees.
  • Responsible for Maintenance of the company’s employee database, documents’ filing, and record-keeping
  • Responsible for ensuring high data quality through accurate - system - records maintenance
  • Responsible to handling designated operations/administrative tasks
  • Ready for any kind of emergency meetings or tasks.
  • Handling daily executive meetings
  • Collaboration with all the departments over different tasks.
  • Liaison with key stakeholders.

Job Specification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree - preferably in Human Resources with 2-3 years related experience to Talent Acquisition, Talent management and L&D in the IT industry or BPO industry.
  • Preference would be given to those who have Mass Hiring experience in BPO Industry
