The  Head of DFS - Strategy & Projects  will be responsible to support, assist, articulate and follow-up the strategy process for DFS Department. Working with the UDs, his/her job will be to review the global trends in DFS, analyze the potential for growth, monitor the competitive landscape and support the business in identifying strategic opportunities.
 
In addition, he/she will be responsible to lead the strategic projects for DFS pertaining to future business model.
 
Responsibilities

Ø  Devise DFS’s short and long term strategy
Ø  Follow-up on strategic initiatives
Ø  Market sizing, competitive analyses, valuation models and adaptive matrices
Ø  Devise DFS’s short and long term strategy
Ø  Follow-up on strategic initiatives
Ø  Market sizing, competitive analyses, valuation models and adaptive matrices
Ø  Strategy communication and buy-in
Ø  Lead the strategic project focused on future business model
Ø  Engage with consultants to oversee end to end project delivery
Ø  Engage with Regulator to ensure best and cost effective business models
Ø  Align policies, processes and support for the future business model
Ø  Engage with stakeholders from Jazz, Veon Group and MMBL – alignment on strategy and projects across the board
Ø  Participate and organize the strategy challenge meetings

Eligibility Criteria
 
Ø  Education:
o   Professional finance certification/ MBA

Ø  Work experience:
o   8-10 years - in particular should have experience of working in DFS and participate or support in Strategic Projects and business modeling
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has experience in managing and articulating the DFS performance and understanding of the bank’s core business.
 
 
The must-have, past experiences the candidate should have:

Ø Experience in working with and/or in the financial services industry
Ø Experience in working with and/or in the telecommunication industry
