What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet Enterprise Solution sales team, understand the ES organogram and interacting with the internal teams in order to understand the operational flow of the sales process.
Establish working relationships with KAMS, Team Leads, Operations team, pre sales, channel planning and other marketing planning team members.
Completely understanding the ES solution and GSM products in order to operate efficiently and achieve the assign targets.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Taking complete control of his position.
Interacting with the key customers.
Expand current smart building customer base by spotting cross selling DATA & Solutions opportunities.
Identify and win new ES accounts through effective new business development and account management.
Identifying new customer opportunities in the area of solution selling.
Manage pipeline forecasts against the revenue targets.
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Playing a proactive role in managing all activities that will increase sales through the team.
Be able to manage high revenue based opportunities in order to achieve the target.
Having a complete understanding of the contracts, terms and conditions including the marketing offers.
Developing strategic plans in order to increase the revenue.
Managing the sales activities in order to achieve the assigned targets.
Liaison with other teams in order to improve customer experience

Jazz B2B is market leader in terms of subscribers, revenue and product innovation. Over the last 4 years, Jazz B2B has maintain double digit business growth. We plan to take the business growth to new levels in next five years through innovation in products and value proposition, introduction of new growth verticals and digitization of legacy.
 
A bit about you:
You are not necessarily a telecom background professional but are highly experienced in commercial planning functions. You have worked with top and senior management and have done active participation in critical commercial planning decision. You have strong relationships within the local corporate circles & trade associations.
You have entrepreneurial skills of highest degree and through experience you have exhibited entrepreneurial traits that have resulted in positive impact on business.  You have excellent communication skills and you are able to advocate/defend your business cases and decisions in front of management and stakeholders
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
A part of the B2B division and you will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions. You will be heading the team of Corporate Account Managers that would be focused on managing the GSM and DATA sales, lead by their team leaders who will be directly reporting to you.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
1. Establish Jazz B2B as market leader B2B segments through most comprehensive portfolio of B2B product and solutions
2.  Maintain and grow the market leader position in B2B segment by penetrating new specialized B2B verticals including Cloud Solutions, M2M, IoT, MFS and m-Agri,
