What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet with internal MFS & digital team to understand the strategy of the function in line with company road map.
Understand the function of Mobile Banking in the Mobile Financial Service division and how your role fits into the overall MFS and Digital strategy and function
Develop an understanding on the MFS products and processes and understand what your job requirements would entail.
Introduction/Interaction with stakeholders to understand the overall dynamics of the MFS & digital product development domain.
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Work with cross-functional project teams for project planning and timely implementations.
Initiate the enhancement of business functionalities and change requests (if necessary) of Financial services platforms for payment services in coordination with the IT/Technical team
Ensure support & maintenance of the services/solutions in place through responsible parties involved and service performance tracking
 
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Solely work on innovative ideas for new products in the branchless banking and payments domain while performing end to end idea implementation
Evaluate and analyze the complete requirements raised by various segments and ensure the complete launch of the product.

A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has already worked in mobile financial services and have in depth knowledge of payment gateway, card transactions, payment systems & financial services systems and API’s etc.

A brief about our department.
In the product development team, we work on the idea conceptualization, design, development all the way till final delivery of newly created or rebranded products. Our main goal as product development team is to conduct R&D activities and develop conceptual framework for product innovation and to plan, design and deliver products in lieu with business initiatives and to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

The structure of the team you will join is:
A seven (07) member’s team with no sub teams.

The three (03) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Provide enriched, differentiated and rewarding experience for areas related to mobile financial services
Ensure alignment of all total rewards with company focus and Jazz values
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all our products
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including segment heads, internal business teams, technology teams, partner bank and all functions of the company for effective planning, development and roll out of the MFS/ Digital initiatives. You will also be required to meet and discuss ideas with external partners for new products.

What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Coming up with unique customized variable solutions focused towards delivering business needs in stipulated timelines.

Team successfully launched QR (Quick Response) payments via Jazzcash Mobile Accounts
