We at JNJ Polymer are looking for and Electrical / Mechanical Supervisor, who will be responsible for the following tasks;
- Responsible for all electrical pannels and equipments working well in a safe environment.
- Responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical / mechanical-related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all workers at the site.
- Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards, Quality surveying and Material Inspection.
- Able to lead site personnel to execute and completion of a job on time at the site.
- Carry out day-to-day maintanence of the site, including supervising and monitoring the line operators and the work of any subcontractors.
