One of our client a software development and consulting house, offering the world’s most advanced Environmental, Waste Management, and Recycling software. It has three key pillars in its business, Out Systems, SAP, and AWS (Amazon Web services) is looking for SAP Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD and MM modules
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs and integration to WR1 (Waste Recycle One).
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD and MM
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Document functional designs, test cases and results
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Analyze and scope end user authorization roles
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Skills & Experience Required
- This person requires experience of work on a previous support contract and working to SLAs
- This person needs experience in solution and business configuration of both MM and SD modules
- Experience in writing functional requirements/designs
- Experience to be able to guide and training users on Business Process
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent business English skills both verbally and written
- Be able to work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize task efficiently
- Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- This role will require some coverage of US working hours
Nice to Have
- Experience of using Jira
- Experience of using Confluence
- Knowledge of the Waste Industry
- Able to work confidently with major operating software including MS Office Visio
- SAP Certification
