- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- To contact potential customers and convince them about Techstore product offerings.
- Identify, develop and manage new accounts and pay the visit to generate & close the deals
- Maximize sales referral opportunities by working closely with team lead.
- Ensuring that the conclusions on all the business sourced leads, should be reported to team lead.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Proven Relationship, Customer Service or Sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
