At Joblogic, we are a globally renowned Field Software Company, who is growing rapidly, and looking to recruit an enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated Outbound Sales - Administrator, who has accuracy and attention to detail at the heart of their work ethic. You will be a key team player with the ability to work on your own as well as part of a team, and the ability to use you own initiative.  As part of the Outbound Team, you will operate as the face of the department, by being friendly, approachable and willing to grow and prosper within the role. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assigning the leads manually (Phone / No Phone Number) as per the Round Robin Process to ensure fair distribution of leads within the team.
  • Responsible for managing the Slots Review Sheet for 2021 on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for working on Slots review Sheets for Previous Years.
  • Responsible for monitoring the Linkedin account related to new chats and messages from prospects and passing those prospects to the team with an aim to book demos for the Sales team.
  • Responsible for working on separate sheets based on the requirements shared by Line Manager or Team Lead & Supporting data analysis from the data collected from those sheets.

You'll be: 

  • Operate as the first point of contact for the Outbound Team as well as other departments.
  • Managing and coordinating our centralised database systems
  • ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to contribute to a smooth workflow system within the team.
  • Providing support with our centralised CRM systems
  • Support Telemarketing activities 
  • Ad Hoc responsibilities Research and Development on future prospective clients, building bonds with future clients, lead generation, providing support when staff are off sick or staff shortages to ensure team productivity isn't impacted. 
  • Cross training will be introduced to ensure that you are flexible in your position, and strengthen the infrastructure of the team and have a flexible approach
  • Identifying existing leads
  • Statistical and graphical analysis of data

  • Fluent in English and confident in communicating with all stakeholders including internal and external client

  • You will be friendly, enthusiastic and passionate individuals who strive to obtain successful outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills with a proactive and approachable personality to ensure that the service delivery meets the expectation of the clients. 
  • Driven, and proactive learner, to enhance and strengthen skill set, by making a significant contribution to the overall success of the Outbound Sales Team, and via strong knowledge in computer systems including CRM, as this will be a fundamental element of this role.
